Rakesh Agarwal, CPA & LLM
Born and raised in India, Mr. Agarwal emigrated to the United States after practicing both accounting and law overseas. He completed a Master of Law degree from Touro College in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in both New York and New Jersey. Rakesh has represented both small and mid-sized companies with sales ranging from $10 million to $350 million, as well as working with those owned by multi-billion dollar conglomerates. His educational background and global business experience provide his clients with a broader perspective on effective financial management, increased efficiency of operations and innovative solutions with a path to heightened profitability. Mr. Agarwal is a member of the American Association of Attorney-CPA’s and the NJ Society of CPA’s. He has been honored with the Award for Exceptional Services to the Public and Community by Touro College and has served on the Governor’s Advisory Council.
